Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's fragrance-free and has a soft texture that's appealing! It can be used not only on the lips, but also on the eyes, nails, and more, so you'll want to use it at home and when you go out! It's a little pricey for a lip balm, so it would also make a great gift.
I was thinking the packaging was cute, and then I saw it on sale, so I bought it without hesitation! It's not only cute in person, but the simple dispenser makes it easy to use, and it's packed full of goodness (lol). While it doesn't correct vertical wrinkles, it leaves a glowing, reddened complexion upon application, spreads easily, and is so soft it's almost worrying in the summer. It's safe to ingest, the outer box is printed with eco-friendly soy ink, and the expiration date is clearly printed, so you can be sure it's safe. It's sold by a 1% for the Planet member company (apparently a global network that donates 1% of its profits to nature conservation), so it's truly gentle cosmetics. While the fact that it's safe to use is very appealing, I think its moisturizing power is about the same as Vaseline or Sunwhite. I have very sensitive skin, so I can't use it exclusively... I won't be repurchasing it. Incidentally, when I peeled off the instruction sticker on the product, I saw a whole bunch of Korean writing. I wasn't sure if it was Korean cosmetics or not.

I use it before going to bed. It feels a little lacking when it dries, but I've been able to use it without any problems. I like the simple design.
I've tried a variety of lip balms, from cheap to expensive. I had high hopes for this one because it had good reviews, but when I put it on at night and went to sleep, my lips peeled off by morning. It was a bit pricey for a lip balm, so I'm disappointed that it didn't suit me.
