What it is
The premium version of the regular Love Liner All Lash Serum is now available! This multi-functional product can be used on three areas: eyelashes, eyebrows, and the eye area. It can be used as (1) an eyelash serum, (2) an eyebrow serum, (3) an eye serum, (4) a massage, and (5) a face mask. The popular integrated tip and screw brush from the regular version remains the same! It contains a high concentration of Signapeptide, developed at the Center for Regenerative Medicine, as well as twice the amount of LashMask, a lash care ingredient, compared to the regular version. ------------------Regarding the use of eyelash serum products, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan issued a warning on August 8, 2019. How to use
Use on clean eyelashes before your evening skincare routine. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes, use the tip of the screw brush to gently stroke along the base of your upper and lower lashes from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye. .After use, wipe the tip and screw brush with tissue before returning them to the container. .Can also be used as an eyebrow and eye serum.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a pretty pricey product, but I bought it because my eyelashes have been acting up lately and I felt like they were falling out! I'm a quitter, so I was a bit worried, but when I tried it, it didn't smudge and seemed to work! I'm going to keep using it until it runs out! I hope it brings back the volume of my eyelashes!

I want eyelash serums to give my lashes volume and strength, and I really felt the effects with this one. It also doesn't sting, which is a big plus. It's not exactly cheap, but I'll definitely be buying it again.
