Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is simply elegant, and I feel soothed every time I use it. The texture is rich but not sticky, and it blends easily into the skin, leaving it feeling moisturized for hours. If you apply it at night and go to sleep, your skin will be plump and soft until the next morning. The packaging is also luxurious, and I feel good every time I use it. It's a bit pricey, but the satisfaction is worth it.

This is an irresistible product for AQ fragrance lovers! The scent isn't too strong, and it smells nice when you put it close to your nose. I applied it at night and the scent was gone by the next day. It's moisturizing and spreads well. I didn't experience any dryness or itchiness on the days I applied it! However, I used it every day and used it all up in about three months, so I'm not sure if it would last me through the winter. It's quite expensive, and the price went up in June, so I'm wondering if I should go back to L'Occitane Ciata, which I used before.
I love the elegant scent of AQ, so it's soothing! It leaves my skin moist and firm, but I haven't seen any tightening effect yet. It looks cute too, so I'm happy!
It's the most comfortable to apply of all the body creams I've used so far. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin soft and smooth. I mainly use it from my neck to my décolleté line and on my arms. The scent is for the décolleté, but it's rather light and I personally like the sweet, fruity scent that reminds me of melon. It's highly moisturizing, but since I apply it right after a bath and it feels dry when I wake up in the morning, I would have liked it to last a little longer considering the price, as I have dry skin all year round, but overall I think it's a good product.
