What it is
This body soap contains persimmon tannins and tea catechins to combat body odor and aging odor. Natural moisturizing ingredients such as laurel wort leaf extract and tea leaf extract thoroughly cleanse while moisturizing dry skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I first used it in the bathroom at a ryokan (Japanese inn) I stayed at while traveling, and the next day, I had no sweaty smell at all. When I went back to using my regular body soap after the trip, the smell returned, so I immediately purchased this on Amazon. There are many different persimmon tannin soaps and body soaps out there, but this is the most effective.
I started to notice my husband and son's post-workout smell, so I read reviews and bought this. At first, they were reluctant to use it because it didn't smell nice (because they always used scented products). This summer was hot and humid, and they sweated a lot, so they started to notice their own smell, and so they started using the body soap. Then, the smell of their pillowcases and towels didn't bother them anymore. I've been buying refills regularly.
Recently, my husband's bedroom has been filled with body odor, which has always made me feel depressed when I wake up in the morning. I've been putting Febreze on the bed and deodorizing beads in the bedroom every day, but his body odor is overwhelmingly overwhelming... I asked a friend for advice, and he recommended persimmon tannin, so I bought this. I tried it right away, and when I woke up the next morning, I was amazed - my pillow didn't smell! Neither did the bedroom! It didn't smell at all! I was so impressed! I no longer have to spray Febreze on everything. It's odorless, and I like how it doesn't mask the smell with a scent. The texture is thick and firm, but it lathers well. I'm almost finished with it, so I'll buy it again. This is the only product I can use in my home.
