What it is

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's neither good nor bad and the size is just right.
I use this brush for my daughter's daily ballet lessons. Her hair is thin and soft, with very little frizz. It's small and light, so she finds it easy to use and carry around. For ballet performances, we use fine-toothed brushes, which take a long time to pick up all the hair, but this one has just the right amount of pins and firmness, so it's quick to style her hair, which is great. I used it for about five years, and the brush broke, so I bought a new one.
It doesn't dry out my hair and is very easy to use, but for me, it lasts about a month. Because I use hair mascara and hair polish, the brush gets stained and dirty, so I wash it after a day of use, but after about a month, the brushes start to break and bend one by one, and as I remove them, they become increasingly flimsy. I wish they were more durable. They're inexpensive, so I can just buy a new one.
The blow dry brush I had been using had worn out, so I was looking for something similar and found this one. The size, ease of grip, and brush stiffness all fit me perfectly and I'm very happy with it!
I only have combs, but I suddenly realized I didn't have a brush. I want to wash the comb after each use, so I bought this inexpensive, washable item. There was a picture on the product page showing the size, and I somehow thought it would be smaller, but it was just the right size. I don't have anything to compare it to, so I can't really say, but I think it's comfortable to use.
