What it is
Powder eyebrows that are easy to draw even in areas with few eyebrows, with a strong color and close-fitting powder. Powder eyebrows that can create three-dimensional eyes by shading the eyebrows and nose bridge. Comes with a wide eyebrow brush and nose shadow brush that make it easy to apply color firmly to the skin and eyebrows.

How to use
[Eyebrows] 1. Take an appropriate amount of powder onto the brush and apply, adjusting once with the back of your hand. 2. Mix ab with your desired color and blend it over the entire eyebrow. Apply a lighter color to the beginning of the eyebrow, and a slightly darker color from the center to the end to create a gradation, giving the eyebrow a three-dimensional look. 3. Draw a thin line of a from the arch of the eyebrow to the end. [Nose Shadow] Take c onto the nose shadow brush and blend it lightly from under the beginning of the eyebrow along the side of the nose.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

KATE's eyebrow powder is truly excellent. It's a daily necessity. I try other powders, but I always end up coming back to KATE's. It feels light on the skin and I love the pigmentation. The powder color is easy to use for natural makeup. I rarely use dark powder colors, so I always end up running out of the lightest color. I'd be happy if they released an eyebrow powder in a lighter powder tone in the future.

I've been using this ever since I was a student. It comes in three colors, the diagonally cut brush makes it easy to create gradations, and it's very affordable, so I've bought it again and again. However, the case breaks easily, so I wish they would improve it, even though it might be difficult given the price. But I'll probably buy it again when I run out!
