How to use
After applying lotion in the morning and evening, take approximately one pearl-sized amount onto the spatula and gently blend it into your entire face. (If you use a lotion or serum, use it at the end of your skincare routine.) . Apply more to areas prone to dryness. When using on particularly sensitive areas, gently press the product in, avoiding rubbing too hard. .After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly. .If the refill does not fit or the cap does not open or close properly, please purchase the entire product. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. .If any abnormalities occur on your skin after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even a small amount spreads well and leaves skin feeling moisturized without stickiness, making it easy to use and highly recommended! It has no fragrance and no irritation, so I think it's a cream that anyone can use. I'd like to buy other items and use them as part of the entire line.
It's well moisturized
I bought this out of necessity due to the season. My skin feels tight, and even after moisturizing, it seems to be absorbed quickly. Since it's something I use every day, price is also important. I wanted something that would be effective, so I chose d Program, which I use during pollen season. It's lighter than I expected. It's very different from anti-aging products, and when used alone, it blends smoothly into the skin. However, I did notice a sticky feeling when using it after my anti-aging lotion. That said, it's perfect for this season. I only use it at night, and my skin feels sticky, but I like how it makes my skin feel softer. However, the spatula that comes with it is surprisingly thin... I scoop out 2.5 cups each time. Is one serving enough for everyone's entire face?
It's so moisturizing that I keep buying refills and reusing it. The only downside is that it's small and runs out in no time.
This product is very moisturizing! It also came with a sample, so it was a great deal.
