How to use
Move the brush from the base of your eyelashes to the tips to apply an appropriate amount. If the brush becomes less productive, rotate the brush to soak up the liquid on the sides of the container. We recommend removing it with COSME DECORTE Eye & Lip Makeup Remover.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first time trying Cosme Decorte mascara. It keeps the curl and doesn't clump or look like a panda. It's great. Now that we're all wearing masks, I can enjoy eye makeup.
I have long eyelashes, so even when I curl them with an eyelash curler, the weight of the mascara causes them to droop, which was a problem for me. This product also droops, but it applies beautifully and doesn't clump, so I use it after curling with a mascara base. It's a beautiful black, and it makes my eyes look brighter and bigger, so people around me compliment me on it. The brush and shaft are curved, so it's easy to apply. And when I get home at night and look in the mirror, it still holds up well. It's a bit pricey, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but it's an attractive product.
When I first applied the mascara, it gave my lashes just the right amount of volume and curl, but unfortunately, when I went out, they ended up smearing dark spots under my eyes. I have watery eyes, so it can't be helped. I tried applying powder around my eyes, but it didn't work. Still, it's an easy-to-apply mascara. I won't be buying it again.
To be honest, I wish I had told myself about this mascara sooner, because I used to think that it didn't matter what mascara I used. It cares for your lashes while separating them, making them look natural, just like your own. What I find most amazing is the shine it gives, making each and every lash look shiny. It makes your lashes look plump, and just by using this mascara, your own lashes themselves look like they're from a department store... it's a beautiful finish ^ ^
I have trouble with my short, sparse eyelashes, so I tried a pricey mascara for the first time. It didn't provide much length or volume for the price. It didn't get under my eyes all day, so that was great! It didn't clump, so it went on smoothly!
