What it is
Contains hydrostay capsules. Fills your lips with moisture, leaving them fresh and high-quality. Contains color hold capsules. Spreads smoothly and evenly, maintaining the color and finish of freshly applied skin. Five textures that melt into your lips while bringing out your individuality, and the signature red that symbolizes ROUGE DECORTE: Shine; Glow, a glossy finish filled with transparency and light; Satin, a moist glossy finish filled with moisture; Velvet, a high-quality moisture and natural gloss of your lips; Matte, a soft matte with gentle moisture; and A powdery matte that seems to be filled with light.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love colors
I bought it because it was a rare color. I'm glad that the lipstick color came out properly when I applied it.
This is the best matte lipstick I've ever used. It's matte, but it glides on smoothly and is very moisturizing!
Great color payoff and a matte finish!
The shade 27 is so cute! I really like the shade 13 in Kate's Lip Monster, and I was looking for a lipstick similar to that. It has a stronger blue tone than Lip Monster 13, but it gives off a lovely, cute impression. There's also a hint of purple. I didn't have to worry about my lips getting chapped or dry. Applying gloss made it even cuter!
