What it is
Cosme Decorte has been researching multi-layer liposome technology for many years. For this lotion, we have developed a new type of liposome made of two types of activating phospholipids containing new beauty ingredients. It takes a new, active approach to the stratum corneum. We focus on the "skin capacitor", a space in the stratum corneum where intercellular lipids are stored. We define skin with a small "skin capacitor" as skin with a low ability to retain moisture and in a weakened stratum corneum. It approaches the stratum corneum and awakens its beauty. Formulated with biomimetic ingredients, it instantly penetrates every corner of the stratum corneum. This highly functional lotion gives the skin a lively and energetic feeling. It fills every pore with firmness and transparency, and keeps the skin moisturized and bouncy. Paraben-free and allergy-tested. This does not mean that all people will not have an allergy. . Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not drying but not sticky either.
I bought this lotion while I was buying the serum and cream from the same series, thinking I'd use the whole line. It was a great purchase considering it was just a side purchase. I feel like my skin has improved.
I thought the price was a bit high for a 100ml lotion, so I didn't end up buying it, but after using the liposome serum and cream for the décolleté, I found both to be very pleasant to use, and decided it would be better to use the whole line, so I decided to take the plunge and buy it. It turned out to be a good choice. It's a refreshing lotion that's not sticky at all, but it feels like it deeply moisturizes the skin. My skin feels smooth to the touch, and it's becoming more translucent. It seems to be suitable for sensitive skin, so I'll probably buy it again. It's so comfortable to use, so I'll keep using it!
After using the sample, I purchased the full product. It may not be the most eye-catching product in the Liposome series, but it's a hidden gem. When I'm short on time, I can use the Liposome cream alone after this lotion, and it leaves my skin feeling plump and well-cared for.
