Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I keep buying this. I remove my makeup while soaking in the bathtub, massaging it in. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, but leaves it moisturized and hydrated. This is the only choice.
Although I don't wear heavy makeup, it removes mascara beautifully, doesn't dry out my skin, and leaves my face feeling smooth after washing. It has a lovely scent, so it's a great product for relaxing throughout the day.
The scent is nice and it washes off easily! The texture is a light oil. After washing, my skin felt moisturized and not tight or dry. Personally, I would like to use it again.
It removes even heavy makeup well. It doesn't dry out my skin too much, and I'm happy with how well it removes makeup, but I don't like the oily smell, so I think it might be difficult to continue using it. I'd like to use it again if the smell were improved.
