It's refreshing and perfect for summer. It doesn't seem to be very moisturizing. The scent was nice.

I only use this in the mornings during the summer. I have combination skin, and my problem is that my makeup breaks down easily in the T-zone. This is especially bothersome in the summer, so I consulted a beauty advisor and she recommended this! I apply it after my Cosme Decorte lotion. It's a light, flaky lotion that's refreshing but not overly drying, and anyone with combination or oily skin can use it on their entire face. If you're concerned about dryness, I recommend using it on specific areas (*^^*) This really helps prevent makeup from coming off, so I can't live without it in the middle of summer. It tightens pores, making it easier to apply makeup even on hot days. However, it's a bit pricey... (>_<) I only use it in the summer, so it lasts quite a while, but I'd like to try other toning lotions as well.

[Additional Note] After consulting with the beauty advisor, I decided to change the order of use. Using this toning lotion at the end of my skincare routine, before applying sunscreen, tightens my pores and helps me stay beautiful all day without dryness or makeup smudging. (^^) In the morning, I use the following order: primer serum ⇒ emulsion ⇒ AQ toning lotion ⇒ daytime serum and cream. Even with the recent warm weather and the constant movement around wearing a mask, it keeps sebum under control all day and keeps my foundation from smudging. However, sometimes I feel dry (though not enough to cause dryness or makeup smudging), so in those cases I moisturize with Comfort Day Mist Balancing Moisture, also from COSDECO.*

As summer approaches, I'm concerned about my lotion breaking down and wanting to tighten my skin, so I bought this. It's been years since I last bought this astringent lotion. It really tightens my skin, and I can see the difference between using it and not using it. I'll continue to use the toning lotion as I sweat a lot in the summer.
