Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a cartridge-type pencil, and the color is a natural brown, and it's very smooth and easy to apply. It's soft, so be careful not to apply too much. I have thick eyebrows, and this color blends in well even as I add more. I'm glad I bought it.

I barely have any eyebrows, so I draw most of them with this and then layer on top of the Cosme Decorte eyebrow powder, which has great color payoff and is very easy to use. It's resistant to water and rubbing, so the eyebrows I draw in the morning don't disappear until the evening! I also like that it comes in a cartridge so when you run out, you can just buy the contents.

It's easy to apply and I've bought it many times. I mainly use it on the outer corners of my eyebrows, and the hardness of the tip and the color payoff are great.
