What it is
This powder foundation blends beautifully with a smooth, enchanting powder for a natural, radiant finish that evokes a soft, radiant glow from within. The translucent veil instantly covers pores, dullness, and uneven skin tone, maintaining a beautiful, fresh-on-the-face feel. How to use
Use after preparing your skin with Complete Flat Primer or your favorite makeup base. Apply an appropriate amount of foundation to a dry sponge and spread evenly over your skin. When touching up your makeup, first remove sweat and excess sebum with tissue paper, then apply a small amount to the sponge and spread it evenly to recreate a beautiful, even base makeup. Replacement sponges (COSME DECORTE Makeup Sponge sold separately) are also available. *For best results, use in conjunction with other cosmetics that offer UV protection.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
