What it is
A simple application of eyeshadow to enhance your under-eye bags. The pearl and glitter effect creates a clear impression on the whites of your eyes, creating a plump, large, and moist look. Simply apply with the soft puff tip that fits snugly around your under-eye bags to dramatically increase the width of your eyes. The waterproof type is resistant to sweat and sebum, keeping your under-eye bags in place for hours. Formulated with makeup-keeping ingredients to prevent eyeliner and mascara from smudging, blocking panda eyes all day long. Prism coral adds an accent to your eyes.

How to use
Twist the cap open and use the puff tip to apply to your under-eye bags (roughly 5mm below the eye). By tilting the tip, it adheres to your under-eye bags, creating a perfect under-eye bag look. ☆Use at the end of your eye makeup routine, such as eyeliner and mascara. ☆The powder is contained in the cap. ☆If the color doesn't stick easily, insert the tip into the cap and twist it left and right a few times before use. ☆If the powder doesn't stick easily due to foundation or other residue on the tip, wipe it off with a tissue. ☆If the color doesn't stick easily, apply 2-3 times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
