How to use
Morning and evening, after washing your face and applying toner, take an appropriate amount and gently smooth it over your entire face and neck. Estée Lauder's recommended "Heart Ritual" is to dispense one dropperful onto your fingertips and massage in small heart shapes starting from your nose. Next, slide your fingers from the center of your forehead to draw a larger heart shape. Don't forget your neck! Slide your hands from your chin down your neck. Apply lovingly every morning and night.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the mini size because I thought I'd use it again after a long time. I've gotten older, and it feels better than when I used it back then. I'll buy the full size too.
It has high moisturizing power and does not irritate the skin while using it. The scent does not bother me much. However, I found it hard to see the effect considering the price, and the dropper is not easy to use (I have to work hard to get it out at the end.), so I don't think I will buy it again.

It's like having an energy drink on days when you think you might have sunburned or you've put a strain on your skin from lack of sleep. It gently soothes your skin even when it's in a bad mood. I've said too much, but by the way, I'm not the type of person who really knows anything about pre-treatment serums for the décolleté. I love the liposome lotion that costs over 15,000 yen, but I didn't understand the benefits of that famous serum...
