Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because the packaging was cute. I was looking forward to the rounded and transparent shape, but even though I bought the moisturizing version, it felt sticky and I couldn't get the hang of it, but it does protect my skin from dryness.

I was looking for a very simple lotion to use after my introductory lotion, and based on reviews, I bought the refill. It's watery and refreshing, especially for combination skin in the summer. I've applied it three times, and it's just the right amount of moisturizing, so it works as a lotion regardless of the serum or cream I use afterwards.
