Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's extremely helpful during this time of year when dryness is a concern. I sometimes use it when I'm not wearing foundation, and it evens out my skin tone. I'm wondering if it's too heavy for summer?
I saw on social media that the ingredients were similar to those in department store cosmetics, so I was intrigued and decided to buy it. It was the type of primer I usually use, which spreads easily and leaves a moisturizing finish. It didn't fill in my pores as much as I expected, but it naturally smoothed my skin and left a beautiful finish, so I think it was enough. I might buy it again if I don't have problems like clogged pores or acne.
I bought this because it's said to be similar to a high-end primer. I have that one too. My skin is normal to dry. I think my pores are relatively small. I tried applying it to half of my face at a time and spent the day. The texture of this one is a bit thicker than the original. Both spread well. If I had to say my impression after application, this one looks brighter on my face. To be honest, both have the same makeup breakdown after a day at work. The moisturizing power is no match for the original. But I'm thinking maybe I can make it work with a little more effort.
