How to use
Take an appropriate amount (the amount of one grape) in your hand and massage it into your makeup. Once the makeup has lifted, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *Depending on the type of point makeup, it may be difficult to remove. In that case, please use a dedicated remover.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It blends in very well and feels great after washing. I will buy it again.
Since it's winter, I wanted a warm cleanser, so I bought this. It's a thick gel, and it's a bit hard to spread all over my face... It feels like it's pulling on my skin, so I'm worried it might be a burden. Once it's absorbed, it's a nice, warm cleanser. It does a decent job of removing makeup, but it did leave a little bit of mascara that I used with D-UP hot water and face wash. I probably won't buy it again. I'll go back to my usual Biore black gel.
I love that it doesn't require double cleansing, can be used with wet hands, and is formulated without eight additives, making it gentle on the skin and saving time.
