How to use
After washing your face, condition your skin with lotion. After opening the package, use tweezers to remove one sheet mask and place it on your face. Leave it on for approximately 10-20 minutes, then remove the mask and massage any remaining serum into your skin with your palms.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've tried other sheet masks a few times, but I always end up coming back to this one. It's moisturizing, not sticky, smells good, and fits perfectly. I don't know where else I can buy it, so I stock up on it in bulk at Suzykirei!
I like thin, refreshing sheets and use a variety of them. I find them very useful as I can use them morning and night.
Each mask can be removed individually with tweezers, and the lid can be securely closed after use to keep it clean. It's perfect for daily use. I've used thicker masks before, but they were too harsh on my skin. This mask doesn't irritate my skin and I can use it with confidence. I especially notice a strong soothing effect. It's extremely useful when my skin is dry but inflamed, or when it's hot in the summer. In the summer, it can get a little lukewarm even when stored in the shade, so I keep it in the refrigerator before using it. It's cool, feels pleasant, and deeply soothing. Also, using a mask is less likely to dry out my skin than simply applying lotion. (I then moisturize thoroughly with cream. Each mask is packed with moisture, so after using it on my face, I lightly squeeze it out with my hands and use it on my neck, arms, and other parts of my body. I've used it many times.)
I used to get more acne when the seasons changed, but after using this mask every day for a week, my skin condition has stabilized! I think my skin will feel a little dry in the winter, so I'll use lotion and cream to make up for it.
This is a reliable cica mask. I'm very happy that I can use it every day. I think it would be even better if the mask was thicker.
