What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought Nature Republic's Essential Pads on Beauty Day at Suzykirei. They're so easy to use, I keep buying them. I use them in the morning after washing my face and before applying makeup. They're easy to apply under the eyes, and it seems like it's best to massage any remaining serum into your skin with your palms after applying them. They come with tongs, making them hygienic.

As others have said, it's refreshing. It was just right for the extremely hot summers we've had in recent years. I haven't noticed any particular changes since using it, but I was able to use it comfortably, so I gave it four stars.
I've used up two bottles. I mainly use it in place of my morning face wash. It's cost-effective, non-irritating, and leaves my skin feeling smooth when I wipe it off, so I love it. The pads are very thin, so it's a bit difficult to pick them out one by one with the tweezers that come with it, so I use other tweezers with thinner tips.
I bought these during a mega sale when CICA products first became popular. I use the VT toner pads for wiping and these as cotton packs after a bath. The half-moon shape makes them easy to fit around the eyes. However, since they're not embossed, I don't think they're suitable for wiping.
