US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

The scent is just amazing! It's a natural organic scent. It's soothing even as you lather it up. It lathers well and washes well, without any tightness.
I bought this product after reading this review. With Bulk Homme's foaming net, you can create a thick, fluffy foam with a smaller amount than recommended, so it doesn't run out easily, and it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and comfortable after washing. The foam is so thick that you can wash without rubbing your skin, and it rinses off easily.
I bought more of the lotion and cream from the same line because I really liked them. I really like how the herbal scent of the face wash leaves a soft scent even when you're lathering it up. The fluffy, elastic foam makes it great for washing without rubbing against the skin.
It's great value for money because it foams up really well with just a small amount! It has a nice, soothing scent, and my skin feels moisturized after washing without any tightness.
I received a sample at a drugstore! I used the amount twice, and it smells nice, lathers well, and leaves my skin moisturized. It also seemed like it would be good for men too. (I have inner dry skin, and my husband has oily skin. ) It looks like we can both use it, so I plan to buy it soon (on a day when I can accumulate points) to use as a morning face wash. I wish it was a little more affordable. It would be nice if face wash was around 1000 yen.
