Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The color alone looks very dark, but when you apply it to your lips it's not that dark and is a cute color!! I got a touch-up before I bought it so I'm very happy!
I purchased 210 and 212 after touching up at the store. They spread smoothly and are light to the touch, with a light sheen that moisturizes without drying out. However, they don't last very long and the color is pale. I have thin skin and my lips tend to show a strong color, so 210 is a reddish beige and 212 is an orangey pink. The color will look different depending on the color of your lips, so I recommend touching up.
215. It's a pretty pink-red color. The case is easy to hold.
Anyway, it's easy to apply. I saw some reviews saying it comes off easily, but I didn't feel it coming off that much. It did get on the cup, though. Also, the case is particularly luxurious.I love it.
