How to use
Wash your hands and wet your face. Take about 1cm of product in the palm of your hand and lather well while adding a small amount of lukewarm water. Wash your face thoroughly, gently and without applying pressure, using your fingertips in a spiral motion. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *Recommended usage period: Approximately 1.5 months .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. .It may stain contact lenses, so remove them before use. .After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap tightly. .If any remover remains on nails that have been painted with nail polish, the nail polish may become cloudy. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Natural ingredients may occasionally become airborne.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It washes away cleanly but doesn't dry out the skin. It's a little pricey, but it comes in a generous size, so even if you use it every day, it doesn't run out quickly. I've also used Kanebo and Cosme Decorte face washes, but Credo's face wash was the least drying. Using good quality face washes and cleansers, even if they're a little more expensive, will make your skin look better, and even cheap basic cosmetics will keep your skin looking beautiful. It has a luxurious feel, so I recommend it.
