What it is
The new Prestige Le Balm Demaquillant contains plenty of trace elements of Granville Rose and thoroughly removes makeup while caring for sensitive skin. The rich balm containing rose wax melts into the skin and transforms into a cleansing oil. It wraps the skin in moisture while thoroughly removing makeup and dirt. When you apply water, the cleansing oil transforms into a smooth milky liquid that wraps around dirt and can be washed away easily. The formula is rich in glycerin and protects the skin's moisture, leaving it incredibly soft, supple, and comfortable to the touch, leaving it bright and lustrous. Use on the face, eyes, and lips to remove makeup. Rose extract. skin conditioning ingredient. Damask rose flower wax. skin conditioning ingredient. How to use
1. Take a generous amount of balm and spread it evenly over your entire face. 2. Massage with both hands, using large, deep circular motions from the center of your face outwards, until the balm becomes oily. 3. Next, apply a small amount of balm to your eyelids. Close your eyes and gently massage in circular motions. To remove mascara, rub the balm over each individual strand, following the direction of your eyelashes. 4. Emulsify the oil with a small amount of lukewarm water. 5. Rinse with lukewarm water and then dry with a soft towel.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I first used it about 7 years ago, and recently bought it again. I was a little shocked that I wasn't as impressed as I was the first time. Maybe it's because there are so many good products out there. The bottle isn't printed in gold, so perhaps it's a way to avoid raising the price even with rising raw material prices.
I bought this as a reward for working hard this year. It's expensive, but it's great. It removes makeup well and has a nice scent. I can't buy it every time, so I'll give it a 5.

It just looks so cute. Just having it on the bathroom counter makes me feel good. As you'd expect from a prestige product, the scent and feel are rich. The rose scent is soothing. I don't like the oily feel it leaves on my skin, so I probably won't be buying it again. Of course, it doesn't dry out my skin after washing, which is great for aging skin.
It's so good I don't think I'll ever go back to other cleansers. () It's a thick balm that feels great when you wash and feels like it's thoroughly cleansing. It doesn't dry out my skin and I love the scent, so I feel relaxed every time I use it. () However, it can't be used in the bath and it's expensive, so I'll give it 90 points!
