What it is
This eyeliner features a 0.15mm ultra-fine brush tip that firmly grips the eye area, dries quickly, and does not smudge, allowing for free-flowing application.Its long-lasting formula is resistant to sebum and rubbing, ensuring a freshly applied line that lasts for hours.Available in three colors (natural brown) that will brighten your eyes.

How to use
Draw a line by tracing the base of your eyelashes. .If using for the first time or if the color is light, shake gently with the cap closed before use. .Storing the brush facing downwards may cause leakage, so store it sideways. .If oil from eyeshadow or other products gets on the pen tip, lightly wipe it off with tissue paper before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm buying it again. It's easy to apply and, best of all, it comes in a generous amount! I've used eyeliners from various brands, but they tend to dry out quickly and I have to buy more right away, but this eyeliner lasts so long, I'm so happy. The black and pink packaging is also cute and gets me excited.
I had been looking for a navy liquid eyeliner for a long time, so when I found this product I bought it. Maybe it's because of the compatibility with the eyeshadow, but it didn't show up very well on my eyelids... and the color was more of a faded black than navy, so it fell short of my expectations.
I bought the brown and red. Mary Quant's Talkative Eyes is by far better in terms of color and durability, but this one is in a brush pen format, so it's easy to use. It doesn't last as long as Talkative Eyes, but the color didn't fade even in the evening, so I'll use it depending on my mood.
I was looking for a navy liquid eyeliner, so I bought this. It barely had any color, and turned out a light gray. It's even lighter than the light ink of a brush pen. Maybe the liquid doesn't flow well, or maybe it doesn't go well with the eyeshadow I use, but the color doesn't stick to my eyelids and ends up flaky. I probably won't use it much.
