What it is
A medicated whitening* lotion with a fresh feel. Whitening and moisturizing ingredients penetrate deep into the stratum corneum. Abundant moisture fills the skin, leaving it fresh and translucent. *Whitening refers to suppressing melanin production and preventing age spots and freckles caused by sunburn.

How to use
After washing your face in the morning and after washing and massaging it in the evening, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently massage it into your entire face. Then, use your palms to gently massage your face in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a light and refreshing texture. It is a simple lotion with no fragrance and no peculiar taste.
I like it because it's cost-effective to use. I'm not sure if it has any whitening effect, but I think it's better than not using it at all.
My life has changed (I've gotten busier), so I started using an all-in-one product a few months ago, hoping it would save me time. My dry skin has become super dry... I've gone back to my usual routine of applying 1) an introductory serum, 2) a refreshing toner, and 3) applying a generous amount of moisturizing cream (plus, if I have time, a face mask or beauty oil after a steamed towel). I chose this as my refreshing toner. It has no scent... I layer it about four times. It moisturizes and leaves my skin soft. I've used a variety of products, from cheaper ones to ones costing around 10,000 yen, but I think I've found a good product with Ayaka that's worth more than its price. As for the "whitening" effect, I won't know until I've used it for a while.
Although the volume is small, I think it's good value for money. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized, and I feel great using it. I haven't seen any whitening effects yet.
I wanted to take care of my skin with whitening cosmetics before the season when UV rays become a concern, so I decided to try the affordable Ayaka. If it can whiten my skin at this price, I'd like to buy it again next time.
