What it is
It's easy to apply to every detail, creating natural volume. Formulated with OLED (*1) compatible, high-pigmentation BLACK (*2), it creates eyelashes with a striking finish. It's waterproof, resistant to sweat, water, and sebum, and has a smudge-resistant film that can be removed with warm water. It's made with sustainable ingredients and certified organic moisturizing ingredients (*3). *1 OLED display, *2 iron oxide and aluminum hydroxide, *3 10 other plant ingredients, including Argania spinosa kernel oil and shea butter. *Ingredients are subject to change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't come off easily and is easy to apply. However, I don't think it gives you much length.
I suffer from rhinitis and mascara tends to come off easily, but this doesn't get on my lower eyelids so I think it's great.
I was looking for a mascara that could be washed off with warm water, and tried Chacott for the first time. It takes a little skill to apply, but it adds volume and feels great. My lower lashes became a bit puffy by the evening, so they might be a little sensitive to oil. But it's so easy to remove, I think I'll use this one on days when my lashes don't last long.
It gives volume and volume, making your eyes stand out. My eyelashes tend to grow in a way that makes them stick to both my upper and lower eyelids, but I've never had the mascara get on them and make my eyes look panda-like. I tried this when I couldn't find the volume mascara I used before, so I tried this one, and I loved how it makes each individual lash look fuller. Depending on how you apply it, it doesn't have that vulgar, hijiki-like look. However, when putting the mascara comb back into the container, the liquid tends to get squishy around the edge, which is a bit of a concern. Be careful not to close the container when you're in a hurry, as the opening of the container will quickly get dirty.
