What it is
This is an ultra-fine brush type eyebrow mascara from the popular "Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow". The brush is designed to prevent the mascara from sticking to the skin, and to apply evenly and without clumping to the ends and dense beginnings of the eyebrows, creating a beautiful thin film from the roots of each individual eyebrow. How to use
Apply the product against the grain of your eyebrows, from the arch of your brow to the beginning. While straightening your hair, apply the product by combing it from the beginning to the end. This product is for eyebrows, so do not use it on your eyelashes. POINT. For fine hairs such as the end of your brows, apply by combing it in the direction of the hair's flow for a neater application! . Apply twice for even more color! Applying the first liquid over again before it dries will give you a beautiful finish. When using in combination with other eyebrow products such as powder, pencil, or liquid, please use this product afterwards. When using in combination with other makeup, we recommend using a cleanser to remove your makeup.

My eyebrows are a little thick, but this product gives them a natural, sparse look and is easy to use. Using it in combination with Canmake eyebrow concealer gives it an even more sparse look. It can also be used without.
Heavy Rotation's regular brush was renewed, and my favorite pink brown was discontinued, so I purchased this pink brown. Upon application, the color appears to be the same. The bottle color is pink brown, but the color is darker when applied. Neither the pink nor the brown is overpowering, and it blends well with dark hair. (If you scrub it hard, the brown comes out.) I'm a cool winter type, so without a pink (or blue) tint, my brows tend to look out of place. I've been seeing a lot of gray eyebrow mascaras lately, so I thought it might work with my dark hair, so I tried it. Unfortunately, it ended up looking washed out and making my face look dull, perhaps due to the popularity of ash-toned mascaras and the trend toward thin brows. (Perhaps ash-toned mascaras don't work well with darker cool winter types?) This pink brown blends naturally with dark hair, so I hope it doesn't get discontinued. Furthermore, I wish they'd bring back the pink brown brush in their regular coloring eyebrow line! It's the same price as the regular brush, but it's half the size, and since I don't have thin brows, this brush is too small and difficult to apply. I hope the regular pink brown brush is back.
This is my second purchase, and I've changed the color. It's perfect for my dark brown hair. I use it to quickly draw my eyebrows and then dilute the pigment. The thin brush applies just a little, so there's no need to adjust the amount. I'll definitely buy this again.
It's so helpful that it gets easier to use with each improvement! The brush is so fine that it doesn't get too much liquid on your eyebrows, so it's very easy to use. I don't mind the crunchiness either.
The brown was stronger than I expected! The brush is small, so it's great for applying the product in small increments without spilling over. It's quite durable. It's also slim, so it doesn't take up much space in your pouch, which is great!
