How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about 10g for a woman with medium-long hair: 2-3 pumps) in your hand, lather it up a little, and then gently wash your hair and scalp with the foam and the pads of your fingers. However, this is only an example of it, so please use it according to your preference.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't think it's specifically designed for scalp care, but the scent is soothing.
I used it at the hotel I was staying at, and it made my hair so smooth that I bought some at home too. But it's just average when I use it at home... Maybe the hotel water was good? Lol It doesn't dry out my hair and is easy to use.
It gives your hair a light hold and, unusually for a modern shampoo, has a subtle scent.
The store clerk recommended it, so I bought it. When I actually used it, it felt so heavy that I wondered if it had oil mixed in. It didn't make my hair smooth, but it did moisturize it. To be honest, I didn't understand what was so good about it for the price. I think the shampoos and treatments sold at drugstores are generally better. I won't be buying it again.
The scent is luxurious. It's not overly sweet, so I don't think anyone would dislike it. The next day, every time my hair moves, the scent gently lifts my spirits. In terms of moisturizing or smooth, I'd say it's definitely smooth. But it does reduce the volume, giving it the feel of a salon-fresh finish. I recommend it for people with thick hair. The shampoo lasts for about a month. I feel like I've just used it up. The treatment lasts a little under two months. By the way, my hair is a bob. I pre-wash thoroughly and then use two pumps each time. It lathers up really well.
