How to use
Wet your hair, lather thoroughly by gently massaging your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. (1) Hold the spout firmly and pull along the perforation in the direction of the arrow to cut it off. (Please note that if you hold the pack too tightly when cutting, the liquid may splash out.) (2) Insert the spout firmly into the mouth of the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. Always refill into a used pump bottle of ICHIKAMI THE PREMIUM Extra Damage Care Shampoo (Silky Smooth). Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water, dry, and then refill the entire amount in one go. Do not mix with other shampoos or water. After refilling, record the serial number at the bottom of this pack, or cut it out and attach it to the container. (This may be required when making inquiries.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the scent, and my hair felt better after drying.
It's sulfate-free, has gentle cleansing power, and doesn't dry out my hair. Even my thin, tangled hair feels smooth and easy to run my fingers through, with minimal friction, which I'm very happy with. It apparently contains ingredients that turn the heat of a hair dryer into an ally, which is great because it reduces heat damage.
I received a treatment, so I only purchased the shampoo that goes with it. I was concerned about the scent, and it turned out to be even better than I expected. My husband was even happier with it.
I buy a lot of these to keep in my bag when I go for a sleepover. The finish and scent are great.
I'm using the trial version. I'm currently searching for a shampoo and treatment that suits me. I usually use the standard Ichikami shampoo once every few days, but this one is more moisturizing than that. It's stable, but I'm not sure I'd switch to this one for sure... I might buy it again if I need a trial shampoo and treatment when traveling.
