How to use
Hold down 1, turn 2 to raise the pump, and press several times until the contents come out. After wetting your hair and scalp, take an appropriate amount in your hand, lather it up, and rinse thoroughly. *The notches on the top and side of the pump indicate that it is shampoo.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

No one has said this, but I really don't like the smell of Stephen Knoll. It smells like retro perfume, baby powder, and a barber shop. When I use it, my hair gets itchy and I get breakouts around my hairline.
When I used the sample, it caused itching and acne, so it didn't suit me. However, the cleansing sensation and scent were good, so it might suit some people.
It's a silicone-free, sulfate-free, transparent shampoo that lathers well. It doesn't feel rough after washing, and leaves your hair feeling smooth and fluffy. It doesn't say what the scent is, so I don't know, but it has a nice green floral scent. However, it contains menthol, and my family, who don't like menthol, complained that it made their heads itchy. I liked it, so I'll use it up by myself for now, but I'd like to use something that I can share with my family, so unfortunately I won't be buying it again.
I bought this product because I wanted to cleanse my scalp. I don't feel any roughness in my hair, which is common with refreshing shampoos, and I haven't had any problems so far.
I was curious so I bought a trial bottle for one use. The shampoo lathered up quite well! But I didn't really like the scent.it felt like it was aimed at men. My hair didn't feel rough after washing, and the conditioner was neither good nor bad. The conditioner had a stronger cooling sensation. It left my hair feeling smooth and fluffy when I used a hair dryer, which I liked!.But I felt a bit itchy afterwards, so I probably won't buy it again.
