How to refill into a container: 1. Hold the spout firmly and cut in the direction of the arrow. If you hold the bag too tightly when cutting, the contents may spill out, so be careful. 2. Insert the spout into the opening of the container and pour the contents in slowly. If you press the bag too hard when pouring, it may overflow, so be careful. *The notch on the side indicates the shampoo.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
