What it is
This revamped product now contains ingredients specifically formulated for pores, including damask rose honey! It features a gentle, seven-ingredient-free formula that can be used on skin that has been roughened by masks. The balm melts the moment you apply it to your hands, gently cleansing your skin.

How to use
Step 1: Without wetting your hands, take an appropriate amount (one heaping spatula). (Take a small amount in the palm of one hand and blend with the fingers of the other to soften.) Step 2: Gently apply to your entire face in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute to blend into your makeup. Step 3: Rinse with water or lukewarm water (until the water runs clear). Double cleansing is not necessary. Waterproof mascara and eyeliner may be difficult to remove, so we recommend using a dedicated point makeup remover. If you have eyelash extensions, avoid using this product around the eyes. (The oil content may make them more likely to come off.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
