I have normal skin and suffer from hay fever. I initially used a non-premium version of this product, but then I bought this premium version, which seems to have a strong whitening effect, and I've been buying it again. Incidentally, this product is also available in refills, and I think it's also environmentally friendly, which I appreciate.
