What it is
Eyebrow pencil with brush for powdery eyebrows. The formula contains more powder and is less sticky, so you can create fluffy eyebrows with just this one pencil, without having to use a powder eyebrow to finish! 2x3mm oval core for drawing thin or thick eyebrows. Recommended for beginners. Waterproof type that is resistant to water, sweat, sebum, and rubbing. It keeps the tail of the eyebrows, which tend to disappear, firmly in place. Comes with a handy screw brush.
Ingredients
Talc, stearic acid, behenic acid, synthetic wax, hydrogenated castor oil, caprylic/capric/myristic/stearic triglyceride, diisostearyl malate, squalane, tocopherol, aluminum hydroxide, iron oxide, titanium dioxide
How to use
1. Draw from the arch of the brow to the end, adding to the hairless areas. Use the tip by extending it out about 2mm. 2. Don't apply too much pressure, and use a light touch to create a soft finish from the beginning of the brow to the arch. 3. Blend the entire area with the screw brush to finish! The key is to not draw too much at the beginning of the brow, and to draw so that the color gets darker towards the end. For an even more beautiful finish, use the screw brush to adjust the direction of the hair before starting to draw.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This eyebrow pencil is only about 500 yen, but it was better than I expected, so I bought it again! The pencil isn't hard, it applies smoothly, and the color payoff is good, so I'm happy! I think it would be no surprise if it were more popular.
It's good value for money and has a screw brush. The color range is great.
4. I bought Milk Tea Brown. It's a fairly light brown, and on its own it's so bright it makes my natural brows stand out, but if I use eyebrow mascara it blends in nicely. It's more reddish and easy to use. It's a slightly larger oval, so it's good for applying a light, fluffy coat all over, but it's hard to apply in fine detail. I'm not sure how sweat-resistant it is, but it doesn't disappear in the winter.

The colors are light, so it's hard to make mistakes while drawing. The lead is hard, but for this price and quality, I think it's fine, so I keep buying it for work.
