Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I previously wrote that I wouldn't repurchase this because it makes my skin feel tight, but I ended up repurchasing it. It has a strong cleansing power and leaves a slightly sticky feeling, but this is probably due to the moisturizing ingredients, so I learned that the trick is not to rinse too hard. The scent is supposedly a mix of white tea, jasmine, and musk, but it's a warm floral. Scent is the most important factor for me when choosing cosmetics, so I'm happy to find a stronger scent. Incidentally, I have several different types of face wash and enjoy them depending on my mood. Currently, I use this one, as well as Saint Laurent, Chanel, and Guerlain Abeille products.
I use this to wash my face in the morning. The foam is quite fine for a foaming face wash, and as you swirl it on your face, the foam thickens and becomes even finer. It feels a little sticky when rinsing, so it's not the type of face wash that rinses off easily. If you take your time and rinse it off with water, it's fine. It doesn't dry out my skin, but it leaves it feeling refreshing. As you'd expect from a Guerlain face wash, it also perfectly removes dullness. The scent is also soothing, with the same white tea scent as the cleansing milk and cream.
I love Guerlain skincare. When you push it, it produces a fine lather. It's easy to use because you don't have to lather it up. The scent is also very nice and soothing. My skin didn't feel tight after washing.
It smells great! It comes out as foam, and you just add 4-5 drops of water to wash. I was told it's for really dry skin, but it does dry out my skin after washing. However, if the temperature is too low, it doesn't fluff up properly and just runs off in the palm of your hand. That's a shame, so I'm giving it 6 stars.
I like the scent. My skin feels soft and smooth after washing. It comes out as foam, so I don't have to bother with lathering.
