Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a mini-sized sample for a few days. It doesn't smudge easily, even when I'm wearing a mask. It doesn't feel too dry. However, it does put a bit more strain on my skin than serum foundations, and my skin feels tired when I remove it.
I used a sample. Each sample is 3mL. SPF25 PA+++. The color is OC202. Since it's a sample, it's a standard color. The finish is semi-matte. However, this standard color immediately turns out coral-like on my skin, making me look potato-like. It also gets into pores, revealing unevenness in my skin, and not covering blemishes or freckles, leaving the area around my mouth dry. It tends to get shiny over time, but it didn't break down in a messy way. Hmm... it doesn't have any particular features... I won't be purchasing the full product.
I have fair, warm-toned, spring-toned, dry, sensitive skin. After using the sample (OC201), I purchased BE300. I applied La Roche-Posay UV Idea XL as a primer, followed by this foundation, and then NARS Refresh Powder. It felt incredibly light on my skin! It felt light and breathable. The foundation has a smooth consistency. It didn't dry out my skin, and I didn't notice any smudging. Plus, it somehow made my skin look brighter! The container is also light. It's not a glass bottle, so it's easy to throw away after use, which is quite important. This is great!!! Perhaps they don't spend much on packaging design, so they're focusing on quality. I think that's fine. I happened to stop by this brand because they have a foundation that matches my skin tone, so I just got a sample, but I'm already considering purchasing it. I recently bought Shu's renewed liquid foundation, and I wish I hadn't. It doesn't have the coverage to hide blemishes, but I highly recommend it for those looking for a foundation that feels natural and doesn't irritate the skin!
It's quite light, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who want a foundation with full coverage. I use it when I'm just going out for a quick errand or something.
I use OC201 (light ochre), a foundation with a beautiful sheen. When I'm short on time, I use a cushion foundation, but when I have time, I use this foundation. It's an oily foundation, so it's safe for dry, mature skin. Since I have oily skin, I apply this foundation after a long-lasting primer. I also use a long-lasting powder with a brush. I usually use cushion foundation, so for the first time in a while, I took a small amount of liquid foundation onto my fingertips and dabbed it on my cheeks and forehead. I spread it thinly with the Rosie Rosa puff. If you need more, you can just add more, so a little extra is enough. Not applying too thick a foundation is important for a good finish and maintaining the finish. I do add more if I need more, but I don't try to hide red breakouts or rough skin with this foundation; I cover them thoroughly with a separate concealer. I don't apply the foundation thickly; I just apply it thickly on my cheeks and then spread it out with the puff. Once it settles in after a few hours, it gives off a lovely glow! It makes your cheeks look firm and shiny. It doesn't break down or become messy over time. Sometimes the glow can become even more intense and look a little shiny, but if that happens, just wipe it off with a tissue to restore it to its original state.
