Take an appropriate amount and massage it into your entire body.
I bought this as a gift. I liked the scent so I bought one for myself too. I apply it at night and the subtle scent stays with me the next morning, so it's relaxing. I also gave it as a baby shower gift, and the recipient said that applying the cream to their arms and holding their baby helps them sleep better. The relaxing scent is soothing. It's not very moisturizing, so I think it's more for relaxation.
It spreads well and the scent is not too strong and lingers just right.
I'm using a hand cream with the same scent, so I bought this too. It has a soft scent, which I personally like.
I love the scent of BAUM and have been using their lotion and face wash, but I also wanted the body cream, so I bought it! It has a lovely scent and is soothing. It's also very moisturizing, so I'd like to buy it again in the future!
