Take a cherry-sized amount into the palm of your hand and massage it into clean, washed skin. Can be used on the entire body from the neck down.
There seems to be no difference in texture between the milk and cream. The milk outlet is laughably small. The hole is about the size of a toothpick. I wonder if it's designed to dispense a small amount because it spreads well. It's not inconvenient, but every time I use it I think it's too small.
I really like the calming, feminine scent that's not too sweet, and I keep buying it. When I apply it before going to bed, the scent spreads throughout the bed, helping me to relax and sleep. The scent lingers until the next morning, and it's easy to use even in the summer without feeling sticky. If you have dry skin, this bottle alone may not be enough to moisturize you in the winter, but I recommend using it half-and-half with a fragrance-free medicated cream, as you can enjoy the scent while still getting plenty of moisture.

I've always used the cheap ones from drugstores for body cream, but this time I tried SABON's body cream for the first time and was blown away by how good it was! First of all, it's comfortable to use! It's not sticky, but it's moisturizing. I'm glad it's not sticky when I use it before bed, and the scent is also nice! It doesn't smell cheap.
