From France, Bioderma Sensibio H2O is a cleansing water for delicate skin that does not need to be rinsed off. It does not irritate the skin, and just by lightly blending it in, it blends in well with hard-to-remove makeup such as waterproof eye makeup. Not only does it remove makeup, it also balances the moisture in the stratum corneum, soothing and moisturizing the skin. Since it does not need to be rinsed off, it is convenient for touching up makeup at the office or on an airplane. *The packaging may change without notice.

How to use
Soak a cotton pad with plenty of the product, blend it well with face makeup such as foundation, and eye makeup, then gently wipe it away without rubbing. You can proceed to the next step of your skincare routine without rinsing it off. (Rinse as desired.) *When removing eye makeup, be especially careful not to get it in your eyes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this after it was recommended to me by Plaza. I was looking for something good to use as my skin is very dry on a daily basis, and this was recommended to me. I use it as a cleanser, face wash, and then as a wipe-off toner. After that, I use toner, serum, and emulsion. In the morning, I wash my face with lukewarm water, apply it to the puff, and then use the wipe-off toner, toner, serum, UV emulsion, and foundation. Until now, my face would get dry and itchy in the evening, but since I started using this, I no longer feel dry. I wish I had found this sooner.
I always keep it in stock. It's great to have a bottle on hand for wiping off in the morning, when you can't take a bath, or in the event of a disaster. It's gentle and removes makeup well, so you can use it with confidence.
I use it to wash my face in the morning. It doesn't irritate my skin and is great value for money!
I've bought this product many times. My skin doesn't seem to respond well to oil-based skincare. Before trying this product, I thought wipe-off products were bad for my skin due to friction, but for me, gently swirling oil- or milk-based cleansers on my skin to emulsify them was even worse. I find that applying this product to a cotton pad and scrubbing it off is far better for my skin. The liquid is also watery, so it comes off with just a wipe, which saves a lot of time. I won't be experimenting with cleansers anymore, so I'll just stick with this one and look for cotton pads that are gentle on my skin.
It has a large capacity so you can splash around! When I get home, I immediately wipe off my makeup with it. I only use mascara remover before using it!
