Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to use a green cleanser from another company that was in the same price range and large capacity. With that, even when it wasn't wet, I had to rub it thoroughly round and round many times to remove it, but with this product, even after accidentally spraying my face with a shower before cleansing, I can see that it still works properly with just one rub! If it's in the same price range and capacity, I would definitely choose this one!
I was looking for something that doesn't require double cleansing and can be used with wet hands. This is my first time using this product, but it doesn't leave my face feeling tight after washing, and it doesn't leave any residue. It's a large capacity, so I think it's great value for money!
It comes in a generous amount and suits my skin well, but I found that it was hard to remove waterproof mascara!
I have atopic dermatitis, dry skin, and sensitive skin, so my skin condition is often unstable, but I can use this product without feeling any irritation. And it's great value for money! The cleansing power is a little weak, but after removing eye makeup with a point remover, I can remove my makeup without any problems by taking about five pumps of the product and letting it soak in for a while. I have dry skin, so I don't do double cleansing, but those with normal or oily skin may need it.
