How to use
Put one cherry's worth of product in your hand, rub your hands together gently, and spread it evenly over your palms. While enjoying the scent, gently massage your entire face to thoroughly blend with your makeup, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this a while ago, but waited until it got colder to use it, since it's supposed to have a warming effect. As instructed, I dispensed a cherry-sized amount into my dry hands, rubbed them together, and then blended it into my makeup. It felt a little rough, but I continued rubbing it around until it blended. The warmth was immediately noticeable. I've used other companies' warming cleansers before, so I had an idea of what it would be like, but I think first-time users will be surprised by the warmth. Even with heavy makeup like glitter eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and eyebrow mascara, it removed it thoroughly, probably because I blended it in carefully. It takes a little effort to rinse off (you have to rinse multiple times), but it doesn't leave a sticky feeling or make my skin feel tight, which is great. I don't need to double-cleans. However, my regular cleansing balm is more cost-effective, so I don't think I'll be buying this one again. It looks like it's going to be hot in the summer.
The texture is a little hard, but it softens quickly when you spread it, and the hot feeling when you apply it is very pleasant. I think it removes makeup, but it doesn't cleanse pores as much.
The gentle warmth felt nice, but I didn't feel like it cleansed my skin properly. I use it for relaxation, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.
