How to use
1. Every morning and night, after washing your face and applying toner, firmly press the dispenser twice to dispense the amount (the size of one large pearl) into the palm of your hand and apply it to your entire face. 2. Gently apply the product to your entire face, focusing on areas of concern. To prevent new blemishes from forming, it is important to protect your skin every day with UV-protective skincare, foundation, and sunscreen.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
So far, it's been okay, but I've been using it for about a month. I hope that by the time I finish using it, the dullness will be slightly improved.
It has a light texture and isn't heavy. With continued use, it absorbs into the skin and makes it soft and supple. I think it's great.
I use two pumps after applying lotion. It has a nice citrus scent, is not sticky, and absorbs easily into the skin. It feels good to use, so I'll keep using it in the hopes of whitening my skin.
Kusahana Moka Whitening Serum is a milky emulsion with a low viscosity that makes it easy to spread. While spreading it, I thought it might feel quite thick, but after application, it feels quite light. Like the face wash and lotion, it has a subtle yuzu scent. It's a somewhat rare product, containing three active ingredients. Multiple active ingredients doesn't necessarily mean it's good, but it's certainly intriguing. Thank you for reading to the end.
