US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I entered the contest and won. My husband said after using it that it was thick, absorbed well, and very moisturizing. I also tried it and thought it was very moisturizing and would be a great item for the fall and winter. I feel like it's sold in a limited number of places, but if I ever find it, I'd like to buy it.
I wanted to try it myself, so I bought one for my husband. It seems a bit pricey if you're used to Biore or Gatsby. It spreads easily and is refreshing, so it seems like it would be easy to use even during the hot season. It's not drying, and it doesn't irritate my husband's mask rash (which is so severe it requires steroids). For me, it feels like a thick toner, but it's my last line of defense when I'm exhausted or too busy to do a full skincare routine. Even if I can't do a full skincare routine, I can rest assured that this doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight. As an aside, this all-in-one toner is sold at Kawachi Pharmacy and Aeon, but I've never seen the face wash. It's not even available at local Lofts, Hands, or Suzykireistores... Is it only available through Suzykirei? I wish it were more readily available.
The product name is good and it feels great to wear.
I bought this for my husband. It's not sticky and I love using it. It also takes good care of my sensitive skin.
