Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin has become rough and my usual face wash leaves it feeling stinging and tight, so I tried this one that was recommended by a dermatologist. I lather it up using a net, and it creates a loose lather that cleanses gently. It's strong enough for babies, so it seems like it would be good for sensitive skin. It also seems like it would be good for washing your face in the morning.

I think it's essential to use it in combination with cleansing products and, in some cases, regular scrubs. When lathering, using less water to create thicker foam will increase the cleansing power, while using more water to create looser foam will be gentler on the skin.
I bought this soap because I wanted a mild soap for my face. It didn't irritate my skin at all, and it didn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. It creates a fluffy lather, but it's not very effective at removing oil from my nose, nostrils, and chin, which tend to be oily. Washing my face with this soap every day clogs my pores, making me prone to acne. I think this is a great soap to use as a face wash after laser treatments or when my skin is sensitive.
