What it is
This soft balm melts at body temperature to loosen and remove makeup and dead skin cells. Four types of clay and exfoliating ingredients loosen dead skin cells, leaving skin smooth and supple. The melting balm contains jellyfish collagen and botanical oils for moisturizing care. Seven anti-aging ingredients also help nurture healthy skin.

How to use
Open the lid and take the spatula provided inside the container. Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) onto the spatula and massage it into your skin, blending it into your makeup. It will melt gently like butter at body temperature. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. *Double cleansing is not necessary.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
