How to use
Please be sure to refill into the main container of Prior Medicated High Moisture Emulsion (Moist) before use. After applying lotion, take one pump of the product into the palm of your hand and massage it in. <How to refill> (1) Hold the main container and turn the pump to remove it. (2) Hold the spout and remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the main container and pour slowly. (4) Insert the pump into the main container and close it tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Good for sensitive skin. Long-time favorite.
The lotion is thick and soft enough that it doesn't drip. It doesn't spread very well, considering the texture it has when you apply it to your hands. When I applied it to my skin, it felt like it was sitting on top of my skin, and didn't really absorb into my skin. However, afterward, my skin felt moisturized, hydrated, and even had a glow. It's not too sticky. I don't particularly like the scent, but it doesn't bother me at all.
I liked the Beauty Corset Gel, so I decided to buy this lotion as well. It's not bad, but it's not particularly great either. It's not too thick, so you can use it before applying makeup. It spreads easily.
I received this as a test gift. It has a slight viscosity, making it easy to apply with your hands. It's very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple after application. While I'm disappointed that I didn't like the scent, I think this is a great value lotion.
