What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the scent and finish of the other treatment when I was using it, so I bought this one too. The finish is the same, but I preferred the scent and durability of the other one.

When I rinsed it out, my hair felt smooth, which I thought was good. The next morning, there was no splashing, and it was smooth and moisturized. I was surprised. I'll definitely buy it again. I bought the hair straightener today. I'm looking forward to using it.

Personally, I like the sweet scent of apple and orange blossom! I usually apply it for about 20 minutes before washing my body or brushing my teeth, so it's quite long, but I felt that my hair felt so much better when I washed it off! My hair isn't particularly hard, but it feels softer and is so smooth to the touch! It smells good and is comfortable to use, so I might buy it again!
