What it is
Please note that the gel may harden in low temperatures. If it hardens, return it to room temperature before using. Pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin before use. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. Close the cap tightly after use. Do not place in direct sunlight or in high or low temperature locations. If using a bathroom dryer, do not place in the bathroom. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately. How to use
Without wetting your hands or face, take an appropriate amount (approximately 3cm) and gently apply it to your entire face. When the feel of your fingertips begins to lighten, apply it further and rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Then wash your face with a facial cleanser. [Caution] - Please note that the gel may harden in low temperatures. If it hardens, return it to room temperature before use. If it comes into contact with water, it will not blend well with makeup, so do not wet your hands or face before use. Rinse thoroughly to ensure all residue is removed. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately. If you experience a foreign body sensation in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Recommended for use on dry hands and face. Double cleansing is also recommended. When poured into wet hands, it seemed to melt slowly. However, it doesn't spread well and you need more than you'd think. After washing, it feels like something is still left behind. Double cleansing is definitely necessary. There are no particular issues with removing makeup. There are plenty of other cleansers that can be used on wet hands and face, so there's no need to force yourself to use this one. The bottle is small, making it easy to store. The lid separates, which is a bit of a hassle. I won't be buying it again for now.
My hands tend to get rougher from the things I use than from my skin, so I've been experimenting a lot, but Chifure's lotion has been so good that I wondered if their cleanser would be good too, so I bought this. I've only used it once, but I personally find the feel and cleansing power to be excellent. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, and I like the transparency of the gel. I'd like to continue using it for a little while longer.
This was my first time using cleansing. On days when I don't wear mascara, this alone is enough to remove all my makeup. On days when I do wear mascara, I remove it with mascara remover first. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, so it's very comfortable!
It's good value for money and removes makeup well, so I keep buying it. I also recommend using it while massaging.
